Interchange Shoalhaven is always on the lookout for Support Workers, both those who have previous experience, as well as those with life experience who haven’t. To be a Support Worker, you will need a positive, proactive and supportive attitude, be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards a participant and their family, as well as be prepared to meet the below criteria:

  • Obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Hold a New South Wales Driving Licence and Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar / higher
