Interchange Shoalhaven has been offering one-on-one support for people with Disability in the Shoalhaven since the very start. When engaging Interchange Shoalhaven for your support, you will be allocated an office based Care Services Coordinator and a dedicated team of Support Workers. We put YOU at the centre of the service, and work with You to ensure your needs are met.

We can assist with:

  • Community Access (including shopping and attending appointments);
  • Self care activities and self care routines;
  • In-Home Support;
  • Supporting you to attend work placements or to attend school or TAFE;
  • Transport.
