Interchange Shoalhaven provides support in the comfort and familiarity of your own home through our In Home Support service.

In Home Support can be for a few hours or for an extended period including 24 hour care and overnight care. In Home Support enables a participant to receive support for personal care needs including medication assistance as well as assistance with the tasks of daily living, such as showering, dressing, shopping and meal preparation. We can also provide social companionship support either in the home or out in the community.

In Home Support is provided by one of our experienced Interchange Shoalhaven support professionals, who will come to your home and provide safe, sensitive, private and dignified care.

Our qualified support professionals all undergo induction and regular training against the NSW Disability Service standards and organisational policies. They also hold a senior First Aid Certificate and have been carefully screened for your safety and peace of mind, including police checks, working with children check and reference checks.
